I have always loved computers since I was a child, but I believe that it was fundamental to immediately recognize the web as a concrete tool for all the theories of marketing, communication and sociology that I had studied at University only in theoretical form. 3 qualities needed to undertake this career and 3 advice you would like to give to aspiring people? Empathy, organization, ability to experiment. The advice is simply related to these three qualities.
Empathy is fundamental for both customers and users, and is based first and foremost on real listening skills, otherwise it is impossible to be able to communicate in a truly effective way. I believe organization is the basis of every job, but it is even more fundamental in digital marketing, given the many possibilities and tools we have at our disposal: without a precise working method it is easy to get lost and waste resources unnecessarily. Lastly, for me the ability to experiment is to be included in any project: maintaining even a minimum resource of time and energy for this activity allows us to have a look at the immediate future, which in this sector often arrives early if we are not prepared! Greater satisfaction in carrying out your job? Biggest disappointment? The greatest satisfaction is when I follow a project that starts with a simple company training to better understand the opportunities of Digital Marketing, which then turns into a successful concrete activity thanks to partner companies that allow me to follow all the activities as a supervisor .
